We will process and ship your order between within 7 to 10 business days and certain locations between 10-14 business days.

We offer shipping Australia wide through our providers Australia Post and Blue Star Logistics. Some products can only be shipped through Blue Star Logistics, and we do not offer PO Box deliveries. Unfortunately we are unable to ship overseas at this time, such arrangements should be organised by the purchaser separately.

In most cases yes. We aim to provide tracking for all orders however sometimes our supplier is unable to get tracking in a sufficient amount of time. Australia Post orders are mainly affected by this. We will inform you if your order cannot be tracked in a sufficient amount of time, and will strive to provide updates as they are available.

At Gotcha Deals we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We therefore recommend that you read be familiar with our Repair, Return and Refund policy.

In some cases, orders may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the order value.
